AskAbout Automation LLC ("AskAbout," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you book a strategy call, use our chat assistant, or continue a chat after providing your email, we collect what you submit: name, email address, business name or website, your goal or message content, and a call time if you book one.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and our analytics providers, once enabled) collect device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral source, and interaction events. See our Cookie Notice.
AI conversations. Messages you type to our AI assistant ("Mr.AskAbout") and inputs to our content sandbox and instant audit are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, to generate responses. Please do not include sensitive personal information (health, financial account, government ID) in chat — we don't ask for it and don't want it.
To respond to you, schedule and hold the call you requested, provide the AI tools you chose to use, follow up on your inquiry, improve the site, measure marketing performance, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
We share only what each provider needs to perform its service, and providers may not use your information for their own purposes.
We keep lead and client records as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, then delete or de-identify them. You may request deletion sooner (below).
Email [PRIVACY EMAIL] to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of marketing communications (every marketing email we send also contains an unsubscribe link). We honor requests regardless of your state of residence. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (e.g., California, Virginia, the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (HTTPS, access controls, reputable providers), though no method is 100% secure. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
